Being grown doesn't come easy, so we asked comedian Sara Schaefer to gather some grown-ass women, including Heather Havrilesky of Ask PollyJessica Williams of The Daily Show and Katja Blichfield, of the hit web series High Maintenance. They'll get real about stepping it up in life.

We'll hear their seminal stories, then open it up to the audience for a Q&A. Get ready for a night of hilarious, frank discussion on growin' the fu*%$ up. Part of WNYC's two-day festival, Werk It: How to Be a Grown Ass Podcaster.
