Zach Broat is from New York’s Hudson Valley. When he’s not welcoming Greene Space patrons at his post in the box office, he works for a nonprofit advocacy group representing the interests of our city’s bicyclists, pedestrians and public transit riders. One perk of working at the Green Space is, of course, experiencing the wide variety of musical performances, panel discussions and live tapings of WNYC programs. Zach particularly enjoyed a recent live Radiolab Rehearsal; not only its thought-provoking content but the interesting and inquisitive crowd the show draws. In his spare time Zach is an avid cyclist, runner and student of New York State history. Next time you come to the Greene Space, say hello!
