Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol

Listen to your favorite WQXR and WNYC hosts read Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol with Tony Award-winning actor David Hyde Pierce as Scrooge.

Grammy-nominated composer John Forster accompanies the reading with an original score for piano, and Fred Newman of A Prairie Home Companion provides the live sound effects. Conceived and directed by WQXR’s Elliott Forrest.
