Overview

Join Death, Sex & Money host Anna Sale for a live conversation with The New York Times bestselling author Michael Arceneaux about “I Don’t Want To Die Poor,” his new essay collection about money, debt, and trying to build the life he wants while calling out what (and who) is getting in the way.

Arceneaux, who graduated in the midst of the Great Recession, will also answer live questions from listeners entering the job market now about how to start your life when so much feels out of control.

You can also watch a live video stream here at 4pm.

Michael Arceneaux is the New York Times bestselling author of I Can’t Date Jesus: Love, Sex, Family, Race, and Other Reasons I’ve Put My Faith in Beyoncé. His most recent essay collection, “I Don’t Want To Die Poor,” explores his experience navigating massive private student loan debt.
