Watch an encore video stream of this conversation below at 4pm ET with host Susan Fales-Hill and the Tony Award-winning director and playwright George C. Wolfe. It was recorded live on our stage June 21, 2018.

At the time of this conversation, Wolfe had returned to Broadway with the new production of The Iceman Cometh. He talked about finding the music in Eugene O’Neil’s classic play, and what drew him to directing his first revival in years.

Throughout his career, Wolfe has brought new voices to the stage in some of Broadway’s most innovative productions, including Jelly’s Last Jam, Bring in ‘Da Noise, Bring in ‘Da Funk, the original production of Angels in America, Topdog/Underdog, and Caroline, Or Change.
