Overview

As part of WQXR’s Artist Propulsion Lab concert series, baritone Justin Austin and friends will gather for an evening of discussion and song, exploring both what it means to be an American, and perform music from and across the many different cultures of the United States.

Music performed by baritone Justin Austin, soprano Simone Paulwell, and pianist Tamara Kim, with panel discussion by composer Ricky Ian Gordon, composer Bora Yoon, Ray Evans Harrell, and tenor George Shirley.

Helga Davis hosts.
