Sunday September 26 2021 • 8:52am - 8:52am ET

Kathleen Turner as Scrooge in The Greene Space's production of 'A Christmas Carol'

The Greene Space presented its annual live performance of a radio drama inspired by the Charles Dickens classic, recorded on our stage on December 8, 2015.

This year, our cast of WNYC and WQXR hosts was joined by Golden Globe-winning actor Kathleen Turner, who brought the story to life as our first female Scrooge. Fred Newman of A Prairie Home Companion returned to provide his signature sound effects.
