Overview

Starting May 26th through the end of the year, WQXR’s talented cohort of emerging musicians will explore newer and lesser known works of trailblazing and underrepresented composers.  The recitals, each featuring one of the six musicians in the Artist Propulsion Lab, will include the world premiere of Esteban Zapata’s Folk Songs, works by revolutionary female composers, the music of John Zorn, andas alwaysa bit of Beethoven.
